It works fine for me after several months of detoxing from daily morning green juicing. (When I was getting lots of lettuce for free and juicing it I didn't need to use deodorant at all. Too bad organic lettuce is so expensive in the store.)

I'm not sure it would work on someone on a fast food diet.
