How did you do that ? Can you please suggest me some methods ? I need to do them to forget the experience of the hit.
My method has been to read a guy named Osho. He's a pro at pointing out the stuff about the mind, ego, beliefs and conditionings...the habitual thinking. I will PM you more info....you can find his entire work for free online.

It sounds like your story is very similar to me .

Yesterday (night )i had a very similar attack of that kind (extremely low intensity) but i was able to feel it and was very similar to the first two attacks.I think it released some leftover energy from me.I am feeling very relaxed and haven't feel like it from 2 weeks.
But now i think i need to do little bit of exercise , some mix up with the society to increase my mind health because that thought is still there however it is very week.I am sure i will forget it after i will get mixed up with the society.

You are right.I can say it with complete guarantee that the drug has not done any damage to me.
Drugs aren't the problem, sex isn't the problem....the problem is why we use them. To escape facing our lives is the wrong reason. Other than that, they don't mean anything to us if we know who we are. I've got no compulsion to use drugs because I have no desire to escape life.

If I'm addicted to anything, it's this seeking, and that's ok because it's a journey that eliminates all addictions including "seeking"!!

It's a journey from living in the mind's ideas and conditionings to living from the heart. All addictions are mental in the end. Without the mental illness of living from logic, there's no need to escape, you simply enjoy yourself. You'll naturally find ways to express yourself in a positive and creative way.
