Lycan, I'm tall so yeah, 1800 to 2300 would not work for a female, little own a small one. All I an say is what has worked for me.
As or the myths or not again, I cant say. Fat will provide energy yeah, I'm all over that with the Stu Mittleman and Slow Burn. Yet, energy also comes from chemistry. Vitamins, Minerals, Amino Acids, etc.

Those that I've learned that have really lost weight and kept it off, usually make exercise a priority in their lives. Strength and Aerobic. To do more you have to fuel more.
Sex will take a lot of energy and have its own sets of nutrition. Not to mention staying well hydrated!!!
