That is a myth.
I do not subscribe to the starvation methods. What I subscribe to is, for my size eating between 1800 to 2300 with with splurge days to jump up to 3000 so my body doesn't get too used to set calories.
She is a short woman. If she eats that much, even without the splurge days, she is likely to gain weight.
