You're right. I've been exploring mainstream careers, mostly because it was the thing to do, but the salient, constant factor has been my interest in sex work. It would make me much happier than a mainstream 9-5. Computer programming is boro-snoro and I wouldn't even be considering it if it weren't for the money. Plus I hear so many bad things about so many other types of jobs, like the high burnout rate of social work and the fact that computer programmers have to constantly learn new languages to avoid getting fired. I've heard bad things about sex work but they don't apply to me, things like being uncomfortable with casual sex.
I think I've found my passion. I immediately became excited when I read your post. The thought of being a high priced call girl is like a dream. Do you know how I could go about doing that? Otherwise I'll ask around.
