As for my diet, well, it's going. I keep slipping so I don't think I've lost weight. But starting today, I'm committed to sticking with it full force. Thanks for checking up on me. My understanding is thus: Prostitution is Illegal. Escorting is a way around it, where you a 'paid' to be with them such as dates etc. Anything sexual is supposed to be considered consensual. As much as it is policed there are also ways around it.
Higher Paid Escorts are portrayed that the higher level ones subscribe to the emotional, psychological aspect of sex as much or more than the physical aspect of it.
As far as weight loss. I've read that if you don't eat a certain number of calories per day, your body will go into starvation mode which will prevent you from losing weight. I do not subscribe to the starvation methods. What I subscribe to is, for my size eating between 1800 to 2300 with with splurge days to jump up to 3000 so my body doesn't get too used to set calories. While also doing aerobic at between 60% to 80% of my heart rate max for at least 60 minutes up to 90 minutes a day 3 to 5 times a week. (Included up to a 10 to 15 min warm up & cool down depending on how long you go). Doing this I've lost from 290-295 down to currently 263 since September. (I'm 75 inches in height btw)
Building muscle helps raise your resting metabolic weight. At my peak 4 years ago, I was able to consume on average 3k to upwards of 5k calories per day and still lost weight going from 233 to 217 in 5 weeks.
PS:
Some out there subscribe that weight is also a buffer for toxins in both diet and lifestyle, so when you start go alkaline you will no longer need the extra weight and will lose it faster.
