When I was in my late 20s, I had a relationship with a woman who was almost 40. I agree that older women can really teach young guys a lot about life. In my case, this lady taught me how to respect women better. As you said, older women tend not to deal with the usual crap that younger women tolerate. They have been through it all already.
Having said this, there is always the potential issue of different goals in life. There's always a possibility that a younger man will soon want to start a family where an older woman might be past that stage. Then there could be a problem.
So this is just something to bear in mind. But in the meantime, have fun and learn all you can.
