Thanks for the update Rombus. However, I wouldn't recommend ignoring anything. Right on the contrary: be aware of any feeling that arises. Observe it inquisitively, but don't get involved with it. Be like a scientist who takes the thing under a microscope. But do not analyze or judge it. Just observe. Go right into the epicentre of the feeling, explore it, get to know it. This is the best control tool there is. You can always blur the zoom if it gets too much. And at the same time, your aura will be being cleansed as well.
