I meditate using binaural-beat audio technology. The audio puts your mind into a deep, authentic meditative state with no effort on your part at all. I like to put on my headphones when I wake up and let the program do its magic for the next hour. I usually fall back asleep, but the program still works while you sleep. Is that cool or what?
