I think you are off to a good start but one thing worries me, who is going to buy what you are making/selling? In your post you didn't mention who you customers are.
I recommend visiting your local Small Business Development Center (SBDC). It is part of the SBA and have seasoned business professionals available at no cost to help you out. The SBA and SBDC can point you where you need to go to acquire the business skills you need.
