| | What is Your Favorite Way to Meditate?
Mine is to just sit upright with my eyes closed and listen to my favorite calm and relaxing movie soundtracks (hanz zimmer is great) and visualize my ideal dream life. Just having your eyes closed will cause your brain to produce alpha waves and you will naturally calm your mind. I do this in the morning and then again about 7 hours later to recalm the mind and feel refreshed and renewed again. What about you?
