In my opinion I believe that everything is energy and that somehow your own personal energy is creating your reality, and as you create new energys within you via visualization, affirmations etc, then you start to manifest a similar essence reality and attract correlating people, circumstances and events to happen to you in your life. It's obviously way more complex and mysterious than this, but thats just my 2 cents.
