I've practiced with a Bagua master before, and it's not uncommon for them to claim that Bagua is the ultimate art...but it's also not uncommon for every other martial arts master to say that
I'd say that the best martial arts move is the one that gets you home safe, whether it's punching someone's lights out or just avoiding that dark alley
