If it's the latter, maybe you could apply one or two of the principles consistently for a month--rather than cycle through all of them in the same time frame? My feeling from reading the book was that a rapid cycle through all the processes wouldn't yield nearly as much benefit as concentrating on just a few over a long period of time... especially since that at any given moment, a number of the processes almost certainly will not apply!

Hi Jason S - thank you for your input. This 30 day event presupposes a few things:
1. The Law of Attraction works.
2. Working with the Law of Attraction to get what you want is a learnable skill. See the posts by Acting Like Godot
here and
here.
3. The way you get what you want via the Law of Attraction is by creating positive emotions & thinking about your goals and visualizing them as already having been achieved. Then, whatever you want will start appearing in your life. If action is involved, it will feel natural and enjoyable (not like hard work).
I think the processes are mainly exercises to get yourself into a state where you are feeling positive and thinking about your goals. They are fun activities, not absolutes, like "you must do the rage of appreciation at 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM every day!" Also, like you said, not all processes will apply at all times. The key is to use the ones that elevate your emotional state and help you focus on what you want to attract into your life.
I already have a list of goals that I will be focusing on and I may not use all of the processes all of the time. However, I will be talking about all of them to introduce everyone to the ones that might help them.
So in response to your question, this 30 day event is going to serve two purposes:
1. I am going to be improving my skill with the help of the all the processes in the book Ask and It is Given to keep my mind focused on what I want, paying special attention to the individual process that I talk about each day.
2. While I'm doing that, I will be introducing everybody to the processes featured in the book.
This may deviate from other approaches to the 30 day trial, but I think it will work for me.
