I had a physical done and everything looked okay according to my physician. I jog at least three to four times a week. I try to eat as healthy as possible. I take vitamins daily. I try to sleep at least eight hours a night, but to no avail, I still wake up tired.
I am so tired of being tired and fatigue! It is ruining my life!! |
This sounds very similar to me years ago and I can't say for sure but through trial and error in diet I eliminated wheat (basically gluten) and dairy, I'm guessing it was kind of allergy related because my seasonal allergies also got much better. It's not easy to do but when I slip off diet symptoms start to return and yes drink insane amounts of water, green tea is energizing, check out a yoga asana routine.
