I think release technique could be fun to practice - get Larry Crane's book from amazon - the essence is in there and it's cheap. In fact theory is all in the first 22 pages, the rest are practices.

All of them are like guided exercises and quite helpful. |
Thank you, I will look out for that book, I really only get books now that are recommended to me, this web site has helped me with the next book to read all the time.
