Do you spend a lot of time mentally criticizing your self and blaming your self for mistakes? I know from personal experience that this can make you feel completely worn out mentally and emotionally. It also influences your ability to perform in your environment. Just today, I was thinking about how my mood can completely alter the way I relate and perform in my environment even though nothing has really changed from one mood to the other. It is more or less the same environment. There is a huge difference.
