When I'm tired it's usually because I'm not drinking enough. I notice a BIG difference in energy when I drink enough water. I'd highly recommend drinking more water, and staying away from coffee and soda.

Also, eat more raw food. I've been a vegan for a long time, but I notice a big difference when I eat 100% raw.
