Challenge Tracking - 06:00 wake up
I am attempting to get up at 06:00 for the next 30 days having read Steve Pavlina's articles on the subject. Day 1 (Today)
Went to sleep at around 23:30 yesterday
Got up at 05:50 today
This must be first time I have managed to get up early (without *really* having to) in a long while. I read somewhere that the first few days are the most important for establishing the habit so fingers crossed.
Anyone else challenging themselves to get up earlier at the moment?
