Dear Sir,
I read your views and was profoundly impressed. It would be my pleasure if I get some help from you. I had been meditating since age 7 when I did not even knew the meaning of it. Presently I am residing in USA and get this intense pressure and pain feeling in the center of my forehead any time I start my Japa or focus my attention on that point. Kindly help and lead me.
