Any advice please keep it coming,

any books I can read which will enhance my path right now??? I am reading online the Lester Levenson `The ultimate truth`, I love his work, he makes it soooooo simple and easy to read, I am not the sharpest tool in the shed so I like easy to read straight to the point books.

Thansk again

I also like to read simple, short, up to the point books. Life is too short trying to untangle philosophies of cloud-minded gurus.
I think release technique could be fun to practice - get Larry Crane's book from amazon - the essence is in there and it's cheap. In fact theory is all in the first 22 pages, the rest are practices.
He also publishes hard-to-find replays of his wednesdays calls here:
Accelerated Learning | Release Technique
All of them are like guided exercises and quite helpful.
