I just put my house on the market the week before last (a two year journey finally coming to an end!!!!). Anyhow, I am going to be taking care of a few minor details that need to be squared away in order to make the house perfect.
For my next trick I am going to singlehandedly straighten out the housing market so I might actually make a profit. Anybody have any ideas how that could be done
