Err, I'm unaware of a technical meaning for that term.

Yes, non-dualism takes a lot of meditation and self-inquiry and inner conflict resolution before you can appreciate it more than intellectually. I'd say you're probably capable of doing it, but it takes a lot of focused effort. Years in many cases. You have to want to pursue spirituality over your worldly life. Very difficult.
