This can be a powerful book re: sexual intimacy. It also talks about "problems" and how to work through them.

I'm not familiar with Mormon doctrine, so can't really say if it goes against their teaching. The book talks a lot about energy fields, chakras, etc.
Ultimately, courage is going to be required for her to walk through whatever issues she's facing.
