Hahaha, you are making me cry, please help yourself and try again.
Alright, the reason I started looking for a way to increase the speed of ketosis, is for this very situation,
because I was looking to make the transition as easy and comfortable as possible.
It really doesnt get any easier. Let me reiterate by comparison.
In order to Reach Ketosis...
Normal Water Fast: (72 hours for Ketosis)
3 Days no food, no exercise, accompanied by a lot of emotional and physical hunger.
My Easy Water Fast: (24 hours for Ketosis)
Day 1: Eat x2-x3 Oranges for Breakfast. Walk 5-6 Miles. Minimum Hunger.
As you can see, you can even eat on the 1st day of the Water Fast!
How much easier can it get that you are allowed to eat something, even it if has to specifically be Fresh Fruit, you can't complain about getting something to eat right?
Sure enough, so long as you also Exercise a 5-6 Mile walk on the same day, and drink 8 glasses of water, you will be able to wake up the next morning, IN KETOSIS, and from there, the hunger will be minimal.
Once you are in Ketosis, the hunger disappears because your body is already burning Body Fat for Energy.
Getting there in one day, therefore allows you to skip the hunger phase and makes it easy for you to water fast another 2 days for a total of 3 days or however much longer you would like to do each water fast for.
I would certainly be happy and proud of you to hear that you are able to do this tomorrow.
I am looking forward to hearing that you have started feeling better after you complete your first 3 day water fast.
