Oh and also don't forget the most important thing;Sun. I just look at sun my eyes closed for couple minutes and feel recharged everyday. I used to feel just like you described for a long time ...went to doctors, had lab works..nothing came up.I know how it feels...just turning back to basics made my life quality completely different. Fresh water, sun, nature, raw food, meat from grass fed animals. This is the life real life force. Not vitamins,caffeine, packaged food and high sugar soda. When I have these I feel difference right away.
