Federer - Yes. We usually start feeling sleepy when we stop the mind chatter because we mostly do that when we're going to sleep, so the body takes it as a familiar signal, like the horse heading towards a barn. If you get your energy up, by the time you're diving in, you'll simply stay alert without getting to sleepy. If you're getting deep enough to stop the chatter, then you can do this!
