I used to be VERY heavy and I lost about half of my size and reached my goal weight..
Then a few trips abroad, I gained a bit of weight back (not nearly as much as I lost though) and while I've managed to go back on my diet and I went to the gym a lot, I've been yo-yoing since.
Last month I was realllly depressed and gained a little more weight and now when I'm finally back to my old self my university is keeping me extra busy plus I'm working so I don't have as much time as before to go to the gym and I find it hard to lose the weight.
I feel I need a boost to help me out. I still do what I can considering the time on my hands but I wonder which tips would you give for weight loss LoA?

As a newbie to LoA generally (I have seen and read things but never truly tried!) I think it's time I give it a go.
