Going to your doctor has its place, but when its the very 1st thing you do, without doing everything in your power to take control of your own life, then I see this as irresponsible and likely to do you more harm than good.
Chances are 90%+ that if your doctor finds something such as high blood pressure, he will prescribe you medication.
Taking medication for issues that you could have resolved on your own, through a healthy lifestyle such as a Raw Food Diet and routine exercise is not going to be in your best interest and will only cause you more problems in the long run.
The reason you will have more problems is because you will continue to have an unhealthy lifestyle and the medication will leave the underlying problem untreated while only addressing the topical symptoms.
Please be responsible and change your lifestyle first, and only go to your doctor after you can at least honestly say to yourself that you have tried.
