I get pain behind my eyebrows (sinuses?) and across the top of my head, and the taste of blood in the back of my throat. It's quite unpleasant. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

ETA: Oh -- I don't think I'm actually bleeding. I don't have nosebleeds or blood in my saliva/phlegm/etc. I think something is happening neurologically that's causing me to taste it without it actually being there.
I get that as well--not always with headaches, though, sometimes just randomly. I never made much of it, since I checked for blood and there was none. I've also gotten over chronic headaches (they were diagnosed as migraines), around 30 months ago. I don't generally get any now unless they are muscle or diet related.

Not sure what to make of this--just interesting parallels!
