For me, acting "as if", visualization and letting go, are just tools to help you expect the outcome you prefer. For example - if you visualize having that new computer, the idea of receiving one doesn't seem that strange. Acting as if you already have one does that too. But in my opinion, the real goal is to expect something like that to happen.

Also, when you expect to get something, you feel like you already have it. That kind of feeling that you have when you order something and then you wait until the delivery guy comes and hands it over to you.
