Walking is a good meditation exercise.
Try to get to the point where walking for 5+ miles is soothing to your soul
and does not take strength out of your body.
Walking will promote the tranquility you need to allow you to gather your thoughts and put new ideas together.
Allow walking to feel better to you, than jogging or running, and reach for the point where nothing bothers you while you are moving along at your own pace.
It requires patience and discipline because it will take you longer to reach your goal, knowing you could get there sooner, but its reward is peace of mind and a longer life.
Remember that the turtle wins the race.
