This is why i like the idea of sticking to strictly juice for about 7 days following a 30 day fast. It's hard to get yourself into trouble if you draw the line at juice and really... after going easy the first few hours you can pretty much have all you want because it is so digestively simple. Bites of fruit at this early stage can indeed get me into trouble because i wouldn't always be able to trust myself to stop at mere bites once i get a taste for it, but by day 8 my body is ready to famously digest the greater quantities i will desire (actually day 9 because day 8 has to be a careful transition day). As well i will have juiced through the period of most voracious appetite, enabling myself to tame that wild beast while engaging only in the most digestively safe (simple) food.
i had issues when i was on dexpak that is something i never want to experience again!

I will definitely take my time during the breaking/transition.
