Hi, Ishh: Sounds like you are taking a very good, broad approach by listening to other mateials, as well, Manifesting with Angels by Doreen Virtue. I am not familiar with that material, but I suspect it is excellent stuff! As for my suggestion about whether you could benefit from listening to other materials like Manifesting with Angels more than once every night before sleeping, I would answer as follows: if it feels right and healthy then yes! Obviously, some nights what will feel right is not listening to anything at all, to give your unconscious mind a "rest" (even though our subconscious minds never "rest" (how ironic it is to try to give our unconscious minds a "rest" ). I would just go with what feels right for you.

You raise an interesting point about how you feel peaceful after listening to audio affirmations and your manifesting audio, as compared to how you would have otherwise felt, if you had not listened to them, in the situation you are facing. That is an excellent, excellent, excellent perspective to keep in mind. I agree with your observation. Some days, when "interesting" stuff is going on in my life, and my smile is not 100%, I stop and think about the audio affirmations I listened to. Rather than asking myself "why haven't they 'worked' today, such that I am not 100%?," I pause and reflect, instead. Then the truth is as you say it is: I still feel much better than I would have felt, if I had not listened to audio affirmations. So, where I would have felt, say, 30% sure-footed in a situation without having listened to my audio affirmations, I might feel, say, 67% sure-footed on a particular day, instead, because I listened to my audio affirmations. It's all relative, and no matter what, listening to them always makes me feel better than I would, if I had not listened to them. So I keep an open mind when evaluating how I feel in a certain day, as to my joy-level. I'm sure this is true for everyone, based on other types of activity that improve their outlook, as well, for example, meditation. People can still have mixed days, even if they meditate, but it probably would have been a "worse" day, if they had not. So that's a great point you raise.

Thanks for your observation.
