for your sweet tooth eat dates they are sweet and delicious! oh yumm dates with some raw cashew butter..

no idea what to do for your cheese craving.. i quit drinking milk when someone informed me it was cow puss 6 years ago.. i ended up quitting dairy altogether because of that...

good luck on your water fast im doing a 30day one and currently going on day 22.
