There are many ways to manage our energy. That said, I would add that, if you have just made a diet change cutting out refined carbs, meat and now ingesting more fresh foods, your body may have side effects as it is adapting to the new diet. If you are used to relying on the energy source from processed carbs, your body has to adjust. Same thing with meats. Your body is adjusting to relying on less iron. Basically, the diet changes are good but you need to be patient with the adaptation.
Another thing to check for is candida. Though that might have been cleared in you blood test, but i've heard that a candida clearing detox can bring back a lot of energy. Look into it.
