Erin and I saw an early version of it at a premiere in Vegas a few months ago. We both thought it was pretty bad. I know some of the people involved with it and wanted to like it... but just couldn't. IMO it was too much rah-rah fluff. As we walked out of the theater afterwards, we were both shaking our heads.
I understand the movie has gone through more editing since the early version we saw. I haven't seen the new version. Maybe it's been improved, but I can't imagine the footage I saw being turned into anything that would make me want to recommend it, and I wouldn't consider watching it again just to find out.
Maybe some people will find value in it, like if you just need a cheesy pep talk.
