Healing takes time and the improvements come in stages.
If you would like a significant improvement, from a 4 stage approach: 1st Stage
, stop the intake of Drugs:
Stop drinking your Tea, Coffee and any Soda, withdraw from Caffeine all together. 2nd Stage
, cut out the Junk:
Also, immediately stop eating any Junk Food and Fast Food.
And immediately stop eating Salt, White Sugar, Spices, Oil. 3rd Stage
, leave out the Saturated-Fat Food:
Then, make an attempt to stop eating any Dairy and Meat, at least for a period of time so you can see how you feel without them, as it will be better, once you get used to staying away from them.
As each of these things is removed from your diet, you will feel better without them individually, and continue to improve until they are all removed. This what you are left with:
Do some exercise regularly and start eating only Fruits and Veggies. 4th Stage
At this point, do not congratulate yourself yet, you will need to do a few 3 day water fasts in order to detox from what the junk has put into your body.
After all this is initiated you should feel more energy coming back to you.
Please be patient with this life style as your body needs time to heal, you will need to continue this for at least 3 months in order to be able to look back and understand the difference of who you were and how much better the new you can really be.
