I agree. A workshop is a participation event. You go, you participate, you take away whatever you get from it. Offering a money back guarantee seems ridiculous.

A gym doesn't offer a money back guarantee, nor does a theatre, nor does a private school, etc.

I would never expect a seminar or workshop to offer a money back guarantee, any more than I'd expect an opera to refund my money if I didn't like the show.
