can you please describe your "healthy" diet. You may also be getting too much sleep.. If i sleep longer than 6hours i feel like that.
Yes, I have once about two years ago, I did a six day fast which helped a little but still unable to concentrate and feeling fatigue.
My daily diet normally consist of three to six medium to small size meals per day. I stop eating pork and fast foods because I thought maybe that was the problem, but still no change. I eat at least one to two fruits and/or vegetables per day. The only thing I can think of is maybe my sugar intake. I do eat alot of refined foods such as ice cream, and mainly desserts at least three to four times a week. I no longer eat whites (bread, rice,etc) though. Really not sure what the problem could be.
