The whole thing with not offering a guarantee for your Workshops sort of puzzled me Steve. I'm not sure if it's a block or a just your perspective on offering a guarantee...
I'm not sure how you wrote your guarantee (at the time), but I've never had someone ask for their money back when I offer a guarantee with my coaching (and it's been 3 years). It has never failed and I believe it's because of the way I write my guarantees.
For one, I never take responsibility for my clients results. However, I do say, "If you're not completely happy after 30 days, you can have all of the coaching call recordings, ALL of the extra bonuses and you get a full refund - no questions asked," which I honour because I know they will get results if they use and apply the strategies I suggest.
So that way... it feels right to me and the people buying from me feel there is no risk and that they are getting a fair deal. Win-win, ya know?
I get what you're saying about it feeling right... so maybe a bit of shifting of words might help with your guarantee so you can help more people and transform more lives...
