help with EFT?
Hi,
I have been trying to use EFT for about 1½ weeks now. Despite the fact that I apparently have not been doing it right, it feels like it has been helping me.
I really need some help forming affirmations. The idea of pinpointing and only focusing on one miniscule moment in time out of 39 years of ♥♥♥♥♥ really seems impractical and absolutely futile, and it's compounded by the fact that I don't even remember that much, what I do have to work with are like big clouds of emotion and hardly any pinpointable moments. And as I have not used any one moment in my affirmations, I don't understand why it feels like it has been helping me.

P.S. Please don't mention getting an EFT coach or practitioner--I'm living in a "developing country".
