Nice, I see how the two-cycle approach would tackle issues from both angles. I can see how this would be especially useful for yourself having recorded it.
I still do wonder though if the unconscious mind hearing someone else's voice saying "I" would equate it with itself. Especially for instance if it's another gender or a very different sounding voice from your own.
When creating tracks for other people but using the "I" pronoun, maybe you need an induction at the beginning and dotted throughout. Something like: "I am the voice of your unconscious" or something like that to anchour the pronoun in the subject.
I dabbled in a bit of NLP awhile ago, and your productiveness has inspired me to look into it again, so cheers for that!
