I agree with Shamou. In your shoes, I would analyze all of the other symbols in this dream in detail. Everything has a meaning. The seminar, the hotel/casino, the fact that Steve (why Steve?) was holding a workshop (apparently among other workshops) and so on and so forth.
I can't help but giggle at the exercise of making brown rice, especially considering how this has already been brought up in these forums.
Seriously, though, the project of cooking brown rice to show people's effectiveness strikes me as being extremely symbolic. Of what, only you can say, but from an outsider's perspective I could give it my best shot by saying that maybe it represents something that you think is not supposed to be complicated, yet you can't seem to accomplish, even after many attempts. Then, there's the song. What does this song mean to you? This particular song was in your dream for a reason, a subconscious reason. What is the feeling you have associated with it? Why do you perform it in the main hotel lobby? How do you feel playing the song? Playing the song apparently represents the things you've already mastered.
It seems like what Steve tells you could be very useful information for you, but understanding the other symbols might bring you even more insight, so I'd consider exploring them further.
By the way, if Steve is now giving dream seminars, I think we could really use an announcement in these forums, we need to know in advance so that we can all make plans, right? Not to mention, being in Brazil this would make it much easier for me to attend!
Still, my dreams are usually very busy, so Steve, if this is the new medium, you should let us all know in advance. lol. Also, make sure that Erin is holding her own workshop before yours, though - on lucid dreaming, of course, otherwise most of us will not hold much of the information.
