Vision can never supersede passion. Vision itself deals with imagery. Ultimately if the images you are envisioning don't hold any emotional weight for you then it will not inspire movement. However if the images you choose gets your heart pumping and inspires movement then you have something to work with.
For example for me a vision of seeing myself travelling is kinda hollow if I don't have a strong emotional reference point, passion, to make me move forward on the vision. However when I went on a trip to a music festival that blew my mind and inspired my heart. This experience was the exact reference point I needed to move forward on my vision. I just had to bring myself back to the vision of that experience and the rest took care of itself. Find that reference point for you and I guarantee that vision will be easier to create.
