Thanks Slick I read the lucid living link, very very interesting I must say. I feel my path has now taken a very different direction, I feel now I am constantly becoming aware of not taking life so seriously as I am part of this dream, creating the dream and have been so sucked into it, its quite funny how believable it can get at times. I know I will still get sucked in to it but at least now I can become more aware and learn to look more at the illusion we call life.
Yesterday it came to me to try to stop responding to circumstances so passionately because I am continually making myself believe this is all real, I need to live more like a person watching a TV show or something, just be more relaxed and enjoy the ride so to speak.
I will continue working on this and take a look at that book you suggested,
