what I am doing is keeping it on blogger until/if I start making some decent money off of it. For now I am just trying to get some decent content, and if I pick up a decent reader base along the way and start making money then i'll probably get a domain and all that stuff.
this may not be the best route for everyone, but I feel that it is for me because I am new to blogging and am not sure if i will continue on or if it is just a short term thing.
that may not help you any, but I would say that you should only spend money on it if you are going to keep doing it, because you don't want to waste your money if you stop in the next few months.
