Ubermensch Day #41: Acquire Patience
Meditate like a monk: meditated for 5 minutes. (total accumulated time: 40 minutes) Sat down and stare at the wall, a hail storm of thoughts race through my mind. “Wake up!” I mentally told myself. Momentary, the thoughts disspiate like Moses parting the red sea. I quietly sat and stare at the way, paying earnest attention to the present moment. It felt like I sat down for a few seconds before the alarm rang, and the five minutes is up. Is this the “flow state” monks talk about?
Exercise like a War God: Marched to the gym in cold Canada land weather 1°C (34°F), proceed to do bench press (3×5), followed by dumb bell bench press (5×15) and dumb bell rows (5×10) like a boss. There’s the usual gym patrons – old people, one muscular Asian guy, the midget black guy. There is no fat people to be seen. I follow the exact prescribe routine and don’t deviate one bit. The routine lacks ab exercise, so I’m going to through in abs 2 days per week.

Listen to self improvement audio (15 minutes) while doing yoga stretches: Listened to Frank Kern “Core Influence: how to make lots of people do almost anything … but in a cool way”, (1:18 mins out of 1:56 hr). He the “secret” formula he talks about for E + I = L … is experience + indentity = life. He presents a list of question to ask yourself and write down.
The most important question is “What would your perfect average day be like if there is no limitation or consequence?” and asks like 25 questions. I will do this exercise.
Where would you live?
In metropolitan Japan, metropolitan Korea, metropolitan Vancouver, metropolitan Toronto, metropolitan Vietnam
What would your house looks like?
A really nice condo that has minimalist interior design
What time would you wake up?
5:30 AM before the sun rise
What would you do in the morning?
First thing first – morning sex. Then meditate, eat, head to the gym, stretch for 15 minutes while listening to self improvement course, read while taking a bath
What would you think in the morning?
How fun life is
What would you spend first half of the day?
Sex, gym, stretching, listening to self improvement course, bath, reading, and eating
What would you have for lunch?
Healthy food, chicken / fish / beef with fruits and salad and nuts
Who would your friends be like?
Cool, drama free, non-chalant people. They cannot be pretentious SWPL but they can be cool weridoes. They don’t necessary have to be business owners but they have to be climbing towards self actualization. I don’t like hanging around complainers or drama queens.
What would you for personal fulfillment?
Public sex. Writing. Inspiration and motivation speeches to high school students (“Be all you can be!). Going to the gym, and masterminding ways to create a massive avalanche of passive income. Write more inspiration stuff. Spend time with family and my nieces and nephew, teach them to be the best they can be. Also troll them for laughs.
What is your life purpose?
To understanding the meaning of life and death.
What would your business be like?
Make teh monies online, create an empire of digital products, and low maintaince affiliate websites. I do not want to do consultant or run seminar.
What time would you start work?
At noon/afternoon-ish
What would you do at work?
Think and mastermind business plans then delegate an army of people to do the work for me. I just want to sit and think and order people around.
What would your customers like?
A super wide range of demographics, since I’m selling a wide range of products. From fat people to lonely guys to old grandpas who need sex enhancers to clueless middle age people who want financial freedom. Personally, they’ll be on contact with my websites, but I don’t want to contact them personally.
What would your relationships [family, friends, significant others] be likes?
Be a good person, refrain from cheating, lying, gossip, drama. Help others. THAT’S WHAT THE BIBLE TOLD ME!
What would you have for breakfast?
Oat meals and fruits.
What would you do for family time?
Too young for a family but I suspect it’s idle chatter with family members or going somewhere fun with the girlfriend.
What would you have for dinner?
Like what I had for lunch – healthy food, chicken / fish / beef with fruits and salad and nuts. Maybe go out and eat in a healthy restaurant. Yes eat some sushi yo.
What would you do at night?
Have sex before going to sleep. In a perfectly optimized day, I would be asleep at 9:00 PM or 10:00 PM
Who would you do it with?
The girlfriend. Hmm so soft.
Where?
What? At home, in missionary position. Or at the threatres, depending on what day it is.
What is the last thought would you have before going to bed?
Life is awesome and fun, and then you get old and die. But what is the meaning of life and death?

Read a fascinating book: Read 25 pages of Principles Of Social Competence by Manhood Academy (Progress: 75/181 pages | Real page count is 284 pages total).
This is one most mind blowing book I read this year. This, and “The Narrow Road: A Brief Guide to the Getting of Money” by Felix Dennis. Why? Because instead of feel good, chest beating pep talk, it’s real, truthful and “raw”.
Imagine an old wise man, who is successful, who had everything in life – he lived as a good person, is filthy rich, has a loving family, FAMOUS, donated billions to charity, has a gigantic penis etc. He sits down and talks to you and distil the most important life lessons, including how to be success beyond your wildest dream. That is what it feels like when I’m reading Principles Of Social Competence (previous known as Principles 101)
The book isn’t even really about social competence. It’s about principles. You can read it online for free at their website:
Manhood Academy
Side note: reading is an crucial – no, necessary! – habit. I recommend you start, even if you read just 1 page per day to kick start your habit. 1 page. That’s it. But you cannot read junk books. I recommend you start off with the classics like Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill or Principles 101.
Learn a foreign language: Review of the Korean number 1 to 10, learned 10+ and beyond, 45 minutes learning. (Total accumulated time starting at Dec 01 2011: 72 minutes)
(I typed out the Korean hangul using
Korean Input Method Editor » SayJack)
1 = 일 (eel)
2 = 이 (ee, the letter E)
3 = 삼 (sahm – sounds like sam)
4 = 사 (sa – as in “sssah”
5 = 오 (oh – as in “oh no”)
6 = 육 (yook – “yuk”)
7 = 칠 (cheel – chill ill)
8 = 팔 (pahl – pa all)
9 = 구 (gu – more like “koo”)
10 = 십 (ship – more has a “sheep” sound to it)
To say 11, say 10 + 1 (십일 – ship eel)
To say 21, say 2 + 10 + 1 (이십일 ee ship eel)
To say 2011, say 2 + 1000 + 10 + 1) (이척십이 ee, cheon ship eel)
To say 20, say 2 and 10 (이십 – ee ship)
To say 30, say 3 and 10 (삼 십 – sam ship)
100 = 백 (baek – sounds like peck)
200 = say 2 + 100 (이백)
1000 = 척 (cheon)
2000 = 이척 (ee, cheon)
3000 = 삼척 (sam, cheon)
Word of the day: putative /pyoo-tuh-tive/ adjective commonly regarded as such; reputed; supposed: the putative boss of the mob. “What a putative club ho, yo”
Building an online business (Yeah!): Woke up from a 6 hour nap (heh). I’m like “durrr, what am I suppose to do today?! I forgot.”
Wrote a 555 word article – a product review page. (Progress: 20/50 pages) I reverse engineer this website’s product review page, including her keywords (you mad, little girl?). I basically leverage all her hard work, research, and time by reverse engineering her page, except mine comes off as a bit more professional because of my awesome copywriting skills.
I also placed a bunch of call to action at the top of the page, at beginning of the page, in the middle, on the bottom, at the side. Yes, clicky clicky the links, cute visitors.
Wrote the article, put it up on the page, went on ShareaSale.com and fix my affiliate links for some product pages.
Watch something inspiration: Watched 2 episode of Serial Experiments Lain (6/13 episodes). This anime continues to be a mind ♥♥♥♥, and questions the reality of our corporeal self. Can the human consciousness be uploaded on the Internet and we live in the “wire”? There are lots of moments in the anime where I go “durrr, what the ♥♥♥♥ am I watching”.
Daily Conclusion – what Ubermensch thinks:
“Do today what others won’t, so you can live tomorrow how others can’t”
Life is one long string of activities you do and then you die.
So – if you’re going to die, why let fears set you back?
I think the fundamental problem is lack of patience. I mean, going to the gym or starting a business or writing a book (3 most common goals, btw) isn’t even HARD. It just requires patience. But how do you acquire patience? By having daily habits.
Small action steps done everyday that amounts to something big overtime. For example, writing 1 page per day and you will complete your 365 page novel in a year’s time. 1 year will pass by anyway, you either have the discipline to do the action today, or you don’t – simple, no?
People dream big but mines is modest; I just wanna have sex with my girlfriend on the Eiffel Tower ;__;
[editor: This is the last back log, I will be posting my progress in "real time" now]
