Ubermensch Day #39: Life Dreams Meditate like a monk: Meditated for 5 minutes. (total accumulated time: 30 minutes). While meditating I get flash backs of running to the zen center in the summer rain, my sweat pants is wet and my flip-flops making flopping noises as I sprint towards the zen center. All wet, I ran into the meditation hall, and quietly sat and started zazen. Then 2 damn mosquitoes bite me on the neck and forehead, I dared not to move or brush it away, sitting still like a buddha.
Exercise like a War God: I marched to the gym, it’s a 15 minutes walk – in pissing rain Canada weather. For Nov 29, it’s a cold, grey, rainy day. Today was dead lift day, and I enjoy picking up the weight into the air, like a war god, and (ahem) smashing it down. Yeah!
Then I did 4 x 10 good mornings with the barbell. Good morning is an exercise where you place the bar on your shoulders, and bending over with your back straight with your ass sticking out. Yes, it’s a very homo-erotic exercise. I really never did good morning before but it’s a good exercise. Then I did 4 x 10 of hanging leg lifts. Feels good man.
I don’t know what inspired me, but I ran 2 KM in the rain after the gym session. At one point, I’m gassed out and shuffled like an old man who just finished a group sex marathon .
I don’t like running on the treadmill, the outdoor feels more corporeal; the pavement, the trees, the people standing in the bus shelter in this cold, rainy weather. I feel alive running in the rain, because I’m glad I’m not dying from testicular cancer, or born cripple.
I came back home, ate 4 hard boil eggs, cracked open a beer and have a hot bath.
Listen to self improvement audio (15 minutes) while doing yoga stretches: Listened to Frank Kern “Core Influence: how to make lots of people do almost anything … but in a cool way”, (48 mins out of 1:56 hr) Cliff note: connecting to people core identify to core identity, or sub-conscious to sub-conscious. To make an effortless connection you need to have find your core identity and live it; in PUA lingo this is called “frame congruence”. Even if you try to fake it, people can sub-consciously pick it up, kinda like the try-hard car sales man.
Read a fascinating book: Principles Of Social Competence by Manhood Academy (Progress: 25/181 pages | Real page count is 284 pages total) The author, both with Ph.Ds, discuss the fallacies of feminism, and how it created a generation of limp wrist, apathetic man children. AND a generation of women with an inflated sense of self entitlement.
I’m reminded of my high school days; there was a young teacher, perhaps 24 years old who was talking about sexual harassment. One of the student asked: “But miss … if we said, you look beautiful today miss, that’s a nice skirt. Is that sexual harassment?”
The teacher quipped: “Yes … it’s better if you refrain from saying that”. Thinking back, that irks the ♥♥♥♥ out of me. That’s what feminism creates: a sterile, political correct environment devoid of natural human interaction. Side note: I’m sure she does kinky anal sex.
I never paid attention to feminists much, mostly because they’re fat, ugly and full of ♥♥♥♥. A guy – Henry Makow Ph.D, wrote an article how feminism was created by the Rockefeller family to erode the moral farbic of society, so they can have a New World Order (heh). You can read the article here:
savethemales.ca - Feminism, New World Order and Rockefeller's New War Learn a foreign language: 45 hour of Hangul. I’m learning how to pronounce pairing a consonant with a vowel. Also, learning diphthongs, AKA complex vowels (vowel pairing with another vowel)
Complex vowels:
ㅇㅐ (eh)
ㅇㅓㅣ (eh. Pronouce same as above)
ㅇㅒ (yeh. Sounds similar to yes)
ㅇ ㅕㅣ(yeh. Pronouce same as above)
으 ㅣ (prounce euh-e, sound melts together)
오 | (weh, as in wedding)
오 ㅏ (wah, as in wow)
오 ㅒ(weh, as in wedding. Same pronunciation, different meaning)
우 | (wee, as in weekend)
우 ㅓ (wuh, as in “woe)
우 ㅓㅣ(weh, as in wedding. Same pronunciation, different meaning)
For example, the consonant ㄱ pronounced with a “k” sound. The vowel ㅜ is pronounced ooh, and ㅏ is pronounced ka. Therefore put together 구 is “coo” while ㄱㅏ is “ka”.
I also learn Hangul from a youtube video – a guy explaining how to write Korean in Japanese. LOL. My head hurts.
Word of the day: chimera / noun / ki meer uh / etc any similarly grotesque monster having disparate parts, especially as depicted in decorative art.
Building an online business (Yeah!):
Spent 45 minutes reverse engineering the competitors. Here’s what I did:
What I found: for every 100 pages, maybe 5 to 10 pages of the website brings the most traffic (goes back to the Pareto law). For each website reverse engineered, I copied the 10 best performing keywords across 3 websites, giving me 30 keywords for my niche website.
What I learned: Why invent when you can sit back and copy success (Hello Iphone. This is Google Nexus)
What to improve on to beat the competitors: More aggressive advertisement through mutiple traffic source (SEO, PPC, Video Marketing, Article Marketing, media buys) and more effective sales funnel (upsell, downsell, cross sell, multiple sells connect follow ups)
Things to do because the day isn’t done yet: 500 words article for website
Watch something inspiration: watched 2 episodes of Honey And Clover II (12/12 episodes). I finished it; Hagu, the petite 18 years old art student, everytime she has a monologue it break tears to my eyes. Why must your voice be so sweet and fragile, Hagu? In the end Hagu decides to stay wtih Syuu-chan, who is a good blend of alpha and beta male provider quality; with Morita-san trailing on a close second (he happens to be an erratic Alpha male). Takemoto the beta male finishes last, crying in the train after trying to get Hagu for 3 years and nothing happened. I lol’d.
Watched 1 episode of Serial Experiments Lain (2/13 episodes), yes, this Anime is a good mind ♥♥♥♥. I like it.
One of the character says something like: “We all live, and we drift to death”. It reminds me of our morality as a human being, and that life should be fun. I like the simplie things in life; drinking tea, holding my girlfriend’s hand, and farting on bratty kids.
Daily Conclusion – what Ubermensch thinks:
It seems the universal dream for most people [read: developed country] is to own a business or be rich, travel across the world, write a book, and be a good upstanding citizen (maybe)
However, 95 percent will fail (This is statisically correct, they done a research on this) simply because of the daily error in judgement – not eating right, spending too much money, gluttony and sloth … etc ad infinitum.
The 5 percent is the one who work, I don’t think necessary harder, but they have daily habits that build momentum over time and it snowballs into something big. If there is a “secret” for achieving dreams, I think this is it. Simply paying the price by doing simple, small, daily actions towards their goals.
What is your dream? Mine is to become a porn star in Japan.
