Over the last few months I had to deal with a very nasty woman (gov. worker) who openly discriminates against people who are not native.

Such issues never really used to get to me as I never had any problems. However I was mad for weeks, wanting to get revenge esp. she had a big smile on her face getting pleasure from it all, the sick woman

Anyways after a some time I thought that it was not worth reporting her as she works for the local goverment and will just cover her tracks.

I've done nothing, will do nothing but will use what ever feeling I have towards her in a positive way to rise above it.
